How to take it:
- Take 3 Capsules 2 times a day when your stomach is empty, namely before breakfast and dinner.
- Patients who are taking prescription medication from doctors should take alfa X before 30 minutes after taking other medicine.
- It is recommended that you drink 1 large glass (250 CC) of water when taking alfa X. On average, you should drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
How will I feel while I take alfa X
1. Frequent urination, because metabolic enzymes which work to burn energy at the cellular level to get rid of toxins in the body will be discarded through the urine. This is the reason why you will urinate very frequently.
2. Some people may have a fever, feel muscle and joint pain, as well as feel itchiness around wounds and possibly increased ear wax and high blood sugar.
